Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions of use, rights and obligations for chart data analysis, technical indicator combinations, historical statistics, alerts and related web services provided by ChartSight.

2. Nature of the service

ChartSight provides statistical reference information based on prices, trading volume, technical indicators and similar historical periods. ChartSight does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, guaranteed returns or financial product brokerage.

Charts, indicator conditions, historical statistics and explanations do not predict future prices or replace investment decisions. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and their consequences.

Refer to the service for the assets and data currently available for analysis. Plans to expand to other markets, such as stocks, do not mean that such data is already available.

3. Accounts and authentication

Some features may require creating an account or signing in through an external authentication provider. You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication methods and sessions secure.

Unauthorized use of another person's account or credentials, or attempts to bypass service security and access controls, are prohibited.

4. Data and displayed information

The ChartSight web app accesses data processed for service delivery. Source market data, indicator calculations and probability calculations may be subject to delays, omissions, errors or external data provider outages.

Information in the service may be updated or corrected without notice. Past performance or patterns do not guarantee future results.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using the service for illegal purposes, market manipulation, fraud or infringement of others' rights
• Placing excessive load on the service, servers, API or authentication flows, or bypassing security
• Commercially redistributing ChartSight screens, data or brand elements without prior permission
• Repeatedly making abnormal automated requests or otherwise harming service stability

6. Changes and interruptions

ChartSight may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service for improvements, security measures, changes in data providers or operational needs.

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, ChartSight is not liable for investment losses, lost opportunities or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, service information. Liability that cannot be limited by law is governed by the applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

ChartSight will announce changes to these terms on the website or in the service. Continued use after a change may be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
