I forgot my password

If you registered with email, request a reset email. If you registered with Google or Kakao, use the same social sign-in button.

My authentication email or link does not work

Check your email address and spam folder and use the most recent link. Open it in the browser where you requested the email. If it has expired, request another.

Can't sign in to submit an inquiry?

For account access issues, you can email the operator without signing in. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or API keys.
